Just a quick December Update for our customers. Everything we sell is in stock and Shipping!!! We understand many of you have not received your order yet due to the high demand for our products. We understand some of you are starting to order from us for Christmas gifts as well. For those of you who have made orders for Christmas, we ask that you simply send us Facebook DM with Christmas Gift as the title and simply include your order number. That is all that’s needed, and we will do our best at making sure those go out in time. We have brought on some new staff that will only be shipping Christmas orders. The other half of our staff will still be shipping all of the backorders that have piled up. In January of this coming year, we will have additional full-time staff that we are adding to our team, and we will have a phone number posted on our website to be able to have better communication with customers. We thank you for being our customer, and we appreciate all of your patience. Merry Christmas to you all!
New orders ship same day from inventory. Inventory is subject to prior sale. Backorder lead time to stock is approximately four (4) weeks. We routinely ship products anywhere in the United States via UPS. Your shipping charges are determined by the following: the shipping method selected, the physical weight of the package, and your shipment destination. These directly determine the shipping charges of your order; excluding applicable sales tax, handling fees, and other applicable surcharges. UPDATE 08/2020: We now have a second machine shop that is now manufacturing jigs for us. This new shop will be able to ship much larger quantities of jigs to us starting in about 10 days from now. We understand that some of you have been patiently waiting for a very long time now. Your wait will soon be over. We have a small number of jigs right now that will be shipping later this week. Orders for Tool Kits will start shipping again later next week. When the order ships you will receive an email AND that email will have a tracking number with it. It has come to our attention that some of our customers received an email that said their order shipped and that e-mail didn’t include a tracking number. We have no idea how that email was sent out, and we are trying to get to the bottom of it. When your order ships, the shipping confirmation email WILL have a tracking number provided. This is a UPS tracking number.
We understand many of you have been sending us emails and Facebook messages. We really are trying to answer them all, but because we receive thousands of emails and messages every few days now, it’s incredibly difficult to answer every single one. We have your order, you are definitely not forgotten about and you will receive your order. Now that we have a second CNC shop, we will be able to start shipping jig orders significantly faster! Your wait will soon be over! Thank you for hanging in there with us.
